This reputation is why Brand X, a global tech leader operating in the omnichannel space, chose to work with Gekko Group several years ago to manage their training and engagement programme in third-party retail partners across the UK.

Success with both their full-time field team and tactical Brand Ambassador teams has seen the layers of the relationship expand into other areas and markets. From physical retail to contact centres, trade and wholesale channels, we continue to represent Brand X engaging with those that sell their products and services in addition to the consumer.

Value Added Services

To complement  these activities Gekko has integrated a portfolio of value added services. To extend the reach of the brand Gekko has developed an immersive digital learning and engagement platform - Let Me Engage You - LMEY, a training portal that offers gamification, competition and reward to the target audience of Retail Sales Advisors (RSAs).

With an in-house studio we create video and training content enriching both the LMEY virtual training as well as the in-person training activities.

The incentive and reward programme aimed at RSAs and Contact Centre Sales teams is managed by Gekko with a dedicated Programmes Manager tasked with adding dynamism and creativity to the engagement on offer. They are responsible for the Brand Champion Program, Product experience & seeding, staff incentives, POS and warehousing. This is all backed with a Gekko developed Brand X Swag inventory and fulfilment portal.

Consumer Focus

Targeted specifically at shopper engagement, Gekko has devised and managed consumer promotions and competitions together with accompanying digital microsites.

Embracing E-Commerce

As a progressive agency, Gekko has developed its experience in physical retail, and applied this expertise to the world of e-commerce, where our knowledge can help brands with an integrated omni channel approach, amplifying the brand into other channels and categories.

Our e-commerce solutions focus on the brand’s performance and presence on third-party platforms, measuring tailored metrics with our own web scraping solution, Gekko Web Services. This managed tool and associated consultancy provides the brand with an online auditing and merchandising solution.

A Wider Audience

Away from the typical in-store and e-commerce environment, Gekko manages the brand’s experiential initiatives that encompass not only events and exhibitions but also roadshows and festivals. Our latest initiative in 2023 saw the full implementation and management of a branded pop-up store for Brand X.
