Our reputation led Brand X, a global tech leader, to partner with us for training and engagement of UK retail partners. Our successful work with their field and Brand Ambassador teams has expanded our relationship to other areas and markets, including physical retail, contact centers, trade, and wholesale channels, engaging both sellers and consumers.
To support these activities, we've developed Let Me Engage You (LMEY), an immersive digital learning and engagement platform using gamification and rewards for Retail Sales Advisors (RSAs). Our in-house studio creates all video and training content for both virtual and in-person sessions. We also manage the incentive and reward program for RSAs and Contact Centre Sales teams, including the Brand Champion Program, product seeding, staff incentives, POS, and warehousing, backed by a Gekko-developed Brand X Swag portal. For shopper engagement, Gekko designs and manages consumer promotions and competitions with digital microsites.

Our e-commerce solutions focus on brand performance and presence on third-party platforms, using our Gekko Web Services (GWS) for tailored metrics, online auditing, and merchandising. Beyond traditional retail, Gekko also manages Brand X's experiential initiatives, including events, exhibitions, roadshows, festivals, and the full implementation of a branded, sustainable pop-up store.
